They are AMAZING!!! Everyone else wanted 450-500 to clean my drain, they cleared it, caught a leak under my sink &... replaced all of that for under 200!!! Guys are so nice & helpful. I had to wait an extra day because they're so in demand but I would wait a lot longer for them to fix my issues. Thanks againread more

The first plumbing company charged me a boatload for the visit and then quoted me an exorbitant amount. The next... company i called asked to do the same thing to rip me off. Not only did Cypress provide me with a quick estimate over the phone, the plumber actually SAVED me money by being honest and quick. The work was excellent quality and i paid a QUARTER of what the other companies originally quoted. Convenient, professional, honest. These guys are awesome.read more

I want to share a story about how Cypress Plumbing thoroughly impressed me. I live several states away and have some... family going through hard times. Their hot water heater went out a month or so ago. I called Cypress Plumbing, explained the situation and asked for a quote to get an idea of what it would cost me to help my family out. After Ted heard my story, he was very empathetic and said "We're the best at what we do, and of course that does come with a cost, but you could save quite a bit by ordering the hot water heater at a lowes / home depot and have their contractors install it". I told him I really appreciate that and asked if he could have someone one go out and unclog some drains for them, and maybe while they are out there tell me exactly what I need to order so I don't order the wrong thing by mistake. Ted did exactly what he said and the experience was very stress free. So stress free, I knew that if I paid a little extra to have them install the new hot water heater, they were going to do a good job and I wouldn't have to worry about it.Its been several days now and my family is very thankful and I'm very thankful to Cypress Plumbing for helping us out. I called Friday morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They came Friday afternoon. $137 I happily paid for my sink to work... correctly. Saturday morning I use the sink, it’s clogged. I called and left a message since they were closed.No call back Monday. I used my dishwasher and my whole kitchen floor is soaked.I called again and they told me they don’t warranty their work. Even a day later. There is not warranty. I asked if they would even offer a discount and they said no. They will not stand behind their work...so ask yourself how good is it if they don’t guarantee it?read more
